Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Juss Rite Drafting & Design website and provide general terms relating to our services. Project-specific services are subject to the applicable proposal, scope of work, or service agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Juss Rite Drafting & Design website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you engage us for professional services, additional terms may be contained in a proposal, estimate, scope of work, or service agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed project-specific agreement will control for that project.

2. Services and Project Scope

Juss Rite Drafting & Design provides BIM modeling, BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, shop drawing, and related drafting and design-support services. The specific scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and responsibilities for a project will be established in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Services not expressly included in the agreed scope may require additional authorization and fees.

3. Client-Provided Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely drawings, specifications, models, field information, dimensions, and other project materials required to perform the agreed services. Juss Rite Drafting & Design may rely on information supplied by the client and other project participants. Changes, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in supplied information may affect the schedule, fees, and deliverables.

4. Quotes, Fees, and Payment

Website inquiries do not create a service agreement. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be revised if the project scope or requirements change. Payment schedules, deposits, invoicing, late-payment terms, and other financial requirements will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

5. Revisions and Changes in Scope

Revisions included in a project will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement. Client-requested changes, additional coordination, revised source documents, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees. Material scope changes may require a revised proposal or written authorization before additional work begins.

6. Review and Use of Deliverables

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and promptly identifying questions, discrepancies, or requested corrections. BIM models, drawings, coordination reports, and other deliverables are prepared for the purposes and project described in the applicable agreement and should not be reused for another project or purpose without appropriate review and authorization.

7. Professional Responsibility and Project Decisions

Juss Rite Drafting & Design provides drafting, BIM, coordination, and design-support services within the scope agreed with the client. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement and provided by an appropriately licensed professional, our services do not constitute architectural or professional engineering certification, approval, or services requiring a professional license. Contractors, architects, engineers, fabricators, and other responsible project professionals remain responsible for their respective design, code, fabrication, construction, field verification, and approval obligations.

8. Website Information

Information presented on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but project requirements vary and website content should not be treated as a project-specific representation, specification, or professional opinion.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Juss Rite Drafting & Design retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, workflows, methods, standards, website content, branding, and other proprietary materials. Rights relating to project-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and any rights in materials supplied by the client or third parties remain with their respective owners.

Any liability relating to paid project services will be governed by the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

12. Suspension or Termination of Services

Project services may be suspended or terminated as provided in the applicable proposal or service agreement, including for nonpayment, failure to provide required project information, or other material failure to meet agreed responsibilities.

13. Privacy

Use of personal information submitted through this website is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
