Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to professional services provided by Juss Rite Drafting & Design. Because our services involve project-specific professional time and work, refunds are handled according to the status of the project and the applicable project agreement.

1. Project Payments and Deposits

Payment requirements, including any deposit, retainer, milestone payment, or final payment, will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payment of a deposit may be required before project work is scheduled or begins.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before Juss Rite Drafting & Design has begun work or incurred project-specific costs, any refund of amounts paid will be determined based on the applicable proposal or service agreement and any costs already incurred in preparation for the project.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once work has begun, amounts attributable to services already performed, time spent, completed or partially completed deliverables, project setup, coordination, or other authorized project work are non-refundable. If a client has paid more than the amount earned or incurred as of the cancellation date, any unused balance may be refunded or credited as provided in the applicable project agreement.

4. Completed Services

Payments for services that have been completed and delivered are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is an error or material issue with a deliverable, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter in accordance with the agreed project scope and revision terms.

5. Scope Changes and Revisions

Changes to the project scope, revised source documents, additional coordination, or client-requested revisions outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees. Such additional fees are not treated as refundable payments for the original scope.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If a duplicate payment, billing error, or other payment-processing mistake occurs, please contact us promptly. Verified overpayments or payment errors will be corrected as appropriate.

7. Refund Method and Timing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Project-Specific Agreements

A project proposal, scope of work, invoice, or signed service agreement may contain payment, cancellation, or refund terms specific to that project. If those terms conflict with this general website policy, the applicable project-specific agreement will control.
